How can I support you?
Honora is a resource for any student who needs guidance, connection, or support navigating UC Davis and she specializes in helping students with interest in College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences majors and minors.
Honora started hosting drop-in academic advising hours in the community Spring 2026 and she enjoyed every community interaction she had and so she is excited to continue this partnership formally this year.
About Me
Honora (she/her) is a higher education professional in her 15th year supporting students at UC Davis. She currently serves as the Integrated Program Advisor in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, where she brings together academic advising, program development, and strategic planning to support student success and enhance the student and scholar experience. Her work is intentionally collaborative and student-centered. Each year, she partners with a different department to better understand its unique community and advising needs; last year, she served with the Department of Human Ecology, and this year, she is supporting students in the Department of Nutrition.
Honora earned her Master of Science in Leadership and Management, with an emphasis on Organizational Development, from the University of La Verne and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. Originally from the East Coast, Honora grew up in a military family and spent much of her childhood moving due to her father’s military service. Her family eventually returned to Fairfield, California, where she reconnected with her California roots. Outside of work, Honora enjoys crisp fall weather, discovering cozy local coffee shops, getting lost in a good audiobook, and spending time with family and friends
