Dogs, flowers, friends, mountains, art, reading, delicious food, and being silly with my partner and child.

What centers you? 

My dogs, being in nature, moving my body, practicing Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and spending time in my birthplace (the ancestral, unceded lands of the Pueblo tribes).
